Had a great time with friends! We loved checking out local spots on the jogging map, especially the vibrant dining scene and lively nightlife. The rooftop area offered a nice relaxing vibe. Just a heads up, the electronic key from the app didn’t work here, so keep it traditional!

The lobby being on the third floor was a bit surprising, and I wish the app info about the electronic key was accurate. It would have made things easier.

The staff was amazing. Ming helped us navigate the area while Alex organized a special birthday surprise with a lovely cake for my husband. I loved lounging at the heated pool and enjoyed the sun terrace for some relaxation. The only downside was a small mix-up with our reservation, but it was sorted quickly, making our stay truly enjoyable! 😊

I loved having fast wi-fi and a big TV for downtime. Breakfast was delicious and served promptly. However, the pool was on the smaller side, which was a bit disappointing. I wished it was heated because it got chilly during the evenings. Also, using the gym was a hassle. having to get a card from the lobby and walk to the Loews every day wasn’t convenient. I had some minor maintenance issues with the bathroom door that needed fixing. Despite these hiccups, the location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and many great restaurants. I would return for the service and overall vibe, but some amenities need improvements.

Impressed by the attentive staff, particularly the bellmen who expertly handled our group's luggage. The location is incredibly convenient, but the room cleanliness fell short of expectations, making it feel less like a four-star experience. The room was super comfy with a flat-screen TV, minibar, and a private bathroom. Loved the air conditioning and having a tea/coffee maker. The hotel is right by the beach, which is perfect for sunbathing. The small pool area was chill, no loud music, just a nice spot to relax. Spa facilities were a great bonus.

i had a great experience at the hyatt centric. the city view king room was spacious and exceeded my expectations. beach access was a definite bonus. The pool area was perfect for soaking up the sun. enjoyed the partnership with exhale spa for discounted treatments!

I had a great time! The large, walk-in shower was a real highlight, and the coffee-making facilities were a nice touch. However, the reality of the room didn't quite match the photos – it felt a tad less spacious. I would definitely choose this place again!
